Final Four Leadership Reviews
Why haven't women? In Final Four Leadership, eight elite women's basketball coaches detail how they consistently produce championship results through insightful profiles, five universal secrets, and 40 bonus leadership thoughts. This book is for female leaders who want to enhance their leadership skill set, or for women who aspire to be in a leadership position someday. Some might ask, what can a woman in business or law or nursing learn from a basketball coach? Fair question. These elite coaches manage multi-million dollar budgets, they have to continually recruit new personnel because players graduate every year and colleagues leave for jobs at other institutions. They are intimately involved in marketing their programs, and they earn every bit of their paycheck by working 16-hour days. How many women wake up every morning to see what they did "at the office" the day before covered in USA Today or on ESPN? This is the ultimate "win or you're fired scenario." It doesn't get any more intense than this. This is the only book that captures this intimate information because the author spent time on campus with each of the coaches and also interviewed colleagues, bosses and former players.
